Right now, in the United States, there is a need to provide girls who have been sexually trafficked with a secure and safe environment to begin the process of healing. Transitions Global believes that there is a critical need for high-security protective shelters in America to meet this need. Transitions Global has evaluated the situation in a number of cities in the United States and determined that this need can be met, utilizing a home-like environment for minor victims of sex trafficking. The highlights of this needed program would include:

     -Yoga and Art Therapy
     -Adult Life Skills 
     -Educational Rehabilitation
     -Job Skills and Career Counseling
     -Job Placement and Re-entry Services
     -Mentorship Program

The success of this program is based on intensive and individual care and casework to give girls the attention and services needed to overcome trauma, abuse, and exploitation and to emerge free and empowered to recapture hope and their dreams for the future.
